Time history result shows there is sth wrong with second analysis. Following is total response of two analysis.
From the beginning of second analysis, vibration is not right.
First analysis time is 50.96 sec and second one is 45.96.

I run the script, it seems in copy and paste there was problem that i couldn't run successfully. but i think if you can run the program without any failing, there is problem in the recorder commands.
also i think gravity loading should be written before earthquake analysis.
