Sorry, can this dispBeamColumnInt element work under cyclic loading?!? or does it just behave monotonically??? So is it possible to use it for time history analysis?

Is it possible to use dispBeamColumnInt element in Building Tcl 1.9?? I collud not see that among the "element types", but I see the file "initializeOpenSeesElementModelData" in the "LibBuildingTclFiles" folder. Inside the file there is a routine for "dispBeamColum...
