New user help with TCL
Does anyone have suggestions for a new user for books or references for the TCL language. I am a new user of OpenSees with low to moderate programming experience. Any help or suggestions for starting with OpenSees is greatly appreciated. I am working through some of the examples on the website.

Output Specification [New User of OpenSees]
Hello,
I am a new user. I am starting by running the examples 3.1, 3.2 from the OpenSees Website. The output files are wordpad files. How can I set it so that I can open these in Excel for easy plotting?
Thanks in advance for any help that can be offered.
