Model Decomposition In OpenSEES parallel
Hi All, Is it possible to decompose a very large model in opensees such that different part of the models are analyzed by different cores on a computer and then get the overall result for the entire model ? For example if I have a model with 5000 nodes, 1-2500 are analyzed by core 0, 2501 - 5000 by ...

Recording stress strain values when using Circular Patch
Hi,
I am trying to model a circular RC pile in Opensees using fiber section.
When I try to record the stress-strain values at a certain "fiber" location, it just spits out an empty file.
If I change the section to a rectangular patch, it seems to work fine.
