I want to print some elements information in a file with print command. but I just want to print specific type of elements in domain (e.g quad element) other than other element types (e.g beamclolumn). how it is possible? can I use region command? how?

when we want to define a rigid floor in a 3D frame we have to use rigidDiaphragm command and also we have to define a node as a center of mass. my question is is it necessary to define fix command afrer rigidDiaphragm or is not important? what is the rule?
