multilinear material
I need a uniaxial multilinear material. That means that I should be able to build the uniaxial curve by entering the stress/strain values of at least 5 point for each tension/compression direction.
How could I do this?

missing part in the documentation
Hallo Silvia,
I am not able to visualize a lot of figures in the material part of the website (fro example Steel02, Steel02...).
Is it a problem of my browser/connection?
Moreover, is it possible to have some documentation on the new element inserted in the 1.7.4 version?
thanks
andrea

The -mass option does not work for UniformExcitation for nonLinearBeamColumn. You have two possibilities: 1- use dispBeamColumn 2- concentrate the mass at the nodes. I tried many times to ask to fix this bug, also to the creator of the element but no answer so far. Maybe Frank can have a look to thi...

recorders for quad elements
Running an analysis with quad elements and writing results with recorder Element -file quadstress.out -time -region 3 force I get 2 values for each integration point. I think the values should be three (sig x, sig y, tau xy). Using the print element command in fact I obtain 3 values. How can this di...
