I cannot login CVS using the following commad in WinCVS.
"cvs -d :pserver:anonymous@opensees.berkeley.edu:/usr/local/cvs login"
Why?

May be the analysis object collapsed before the whole transient analysis was achieved. So you should stop it as the deformation of the analysis object reaches maximum.

It may be not a bug. The tag number of the element should be unique. However, you defined the same element number for different elements.
