it is already 3D, just rotate

It is now corrected in the latest source code.

I am experiencing exactly the same problem with J2Plasticity material.

Is there any easy way to record the damage state (d1,d2) of a LayeredShell section?

Yes, v3.0.0 works.
Looking forward for the next executable version, where this serious error will be corrected.

This seems serious and should be fixed in the next version. In my case there is no crash, the program just stops without any notification.
